Moles are growths on the skin that are usually brown or black. Moles can appear anywhere on the skin, alone or in groups.

Most moles appear in early childhood and during the first 30 years of a person's life. It is normal to have between 10-40 moles by adulthood.

As the years pass, moles usually change slowly, becoming raised and/or changing color.

With advanced cosmetic electrology procedures (ACP) we can effectively treat moles that you feel are unsightly. Raised unsightly moles will be flattened, diminished in size and more aesthetically pleasing after treatment.

In some instances, people want their moles to just be smaller but not completely diminshed which we can also do.

Hairs in moles are also unsightly, we can treat those to stop the hair growth permanently.

  • NB:We would ensure a thorough examination of moles before proceding with any treatment and if necessary provide a letter for your doctor so that they can confirm that the mole in question is of no medical concerns
  • We do not cut out the mole, this is invasive and will leave a scar. It is not necessary to cut out moles unless the mole in question is of medical concern. We treat the mole for aesthetic purposes only.
